Gironde (33)

Regional & Departmental Transport

Urban Transport Bordeaux

The CUB (Communauté Urbaine de Bordeaux) has a regular bus and tram service for the 27 communes of the city of Bordeaux. Specific services like the Bus du Fleuve (River Bus) or the Navette Electrique (Electrical Shuttle) complete the transport network.

Some communes provide customised transport service such as Créabus. The routes include express routes, school routes and nightlines. The comprehensive website (in French) includes detailed maps on the lines, timetables and tariffs. There are discount passes for students, unemployed, disabled, large families and groups. 

Tickets can be bought at Tabacs, (Presse Newspaper) shops, Tourist Offices, Bus, Tram and Train stations.
